Cutera Excel-V+

Cutera Excel-V+ is laser treatment. It features two clinically proven wavelengths (532nm/1064nm) in one device to address a wide range of vascular and pigmentary conditions. Most commonly, the Excel-V+ is used to treat rosacea, facial veins, leg veins, angiomas, port wine stains, red acne and surgical scars, sun damage, and age spots.

How is it performed?: When receiving a Cutera Excel-V+ laser treatment, your treatment provider will assess and determine a customized plan to accomplish your desired outcome. Most commonly, these laser procedures take approximately 15-30 minutes, however, some may take up to 45 minutes.
Recovery: Excel-V+ is a non-ablative laser meaning the surface of the skin will experience minimal disruption. Therefore, you will have minimal social downtime. Some common side effects of treatment are swelling, redness, bruising, and darkening or sloughing of pigmented lesions. Most side effects resolve within a few days to a week.
