How is it performed?

During your procedure, your provider will continuously move the laser over the treatment area. This creates thousands of micro-pulses to gradually and comfortably heat the dermis. With Cutera Laser Genesis, you can expect gradual, cumulative results over the course of your treatment plan. Treatment plans vary by patient and the severity of their skin concerns. Typically, three to six sessions are recommended at four- to six-week intervals. Once you have been assessed, your treatment provider will determine the number of treatments required to achieve your desired results. 

Recovery

Laser Genesis treats the skin below the surface, which means the top layer is not injured during the treatment. You may experience a flushed feeling and mild redness for up to an hour.
